Airport Alliance was formed in 1997 by an association of former civil aviation personnel to specialise on airport electrical and electronic engineering. We have always had a philosophy of continuous improvement and a focus on delivering quality technical solutions.

Director

Chris is a Chartered professional electrical engineer with over 30 years experience in Power and Control systems in the Mining, Aviation and Utilities sectors.

Technical Consultant

Tony has over 30 years experience in design, installation and maintenance of complex aviation-based electrical facilities, including extensive experience in all aspects of airport lighting systems.

Terry Twomey

Technical Consultant

Terry has specific expertise in design of airport lighting systems, project management and field supervision for airport-related projects. He has in excess of 30 years’ experience in the field.

Design Draftsman

Nicholas has particular expertise in CAD design drafting for complex airport lighting installation projects. He also has significant field supervision experience. He has over 20 years experience in the industry.

Max has more than 20 years experience in design, installation and maintenance of complex electrical facilities, including oil and gas facilities, and airport lighting control systems.

Our industry reach

Airport Alliance key personnel have developed a strong network of contacts within the aviation industry. This provides Airport Alliance with the ability to access key aviation-trained resources across a wide range of technical disciplines. Through this network, we are able to form a project team tailored to suit the skill requirements of any aviation project.

Convergence Engineering 

We design and manufacture our own range of lighting equipment specifically for Australian standards and conditions. Our products go through rigorous testing and are not only designed to meet the industry standards, but also to provide high quality and efficiency.
