Convergence Engineering Constant Current Regulator (CCR)
The Convergence Engineering Constant Current Regulator ensures that your airport lighting receives a stable, consistent amount of current (regardless of changes in voltage or load resistance) to maintain consistent brightness and reliability. It also regulates power quality and protects against overloads and short circuits.
FEATURES:
Specifically designed for a series circuit airport ground lighting system.
Compatible with incandescent and LED light sources.
All settings are configurable through a character display LCD and 4 x 4 keypad.
Maximum current is 6.6A with a range of 1.1A to 6.6A. Setting is configurable for 3 stage or 6 stage lighting intensities.
Ambient light is measured via a PE cell and processed on board for automatic intensity selection to user defined set points and the lux level is displayed on the LCD.
Night to twilight and twilight to day threshold setpoints are configurable.
The CCR can be controlled by:
1. ambient light level,
2. external input,
3. serial control, or
4. manual control.
Alarm/warning outputs and day/night status outputs are available on the display.
Complies with IEC 6100-6-4:2018 Electromagnetic compatibility.
REMOTE MONITORING:
Our CCRs can also be integrated with a remote monitoring system that can be used to check settings and key indicators, and to assist with diagnostics.
