Made in Australia and designed specifically for Australian conditions
Designed for visibility conditions of 350m or more (a good match with runway lighting system intensities at most airports)
Hardened aluminium body to withstand ICAO temperature and load requirements
LED module includes a large machined aluminium heatsink to ensure good heat transfer to the body and base
Powder coating and alodyne protection to protect aluminium surfaces from corrosion
Fully sealed case and optical compartment ensures no ingress of insects or dirt or water
Lights / optics:
Tough glass lenses to ensure long life
Each light has a single high quality Luxeon Rebel LED
Optical lens system is designed to optimise the beam and no filters are used (to ensure high efficiency and low system voltage)
Power supply:
Supplied with power from an efficient high quality ELFA FAA compliant series of isolating transformer
Low secondary currents of 0.25A ensure efficient operation and low system voltages (important where lights are installed a significant distance from the isolating transformer / sit pit)
Directional options:
Bidirectional straight (for straight runway sections)
Bidirectional curved (for curved runway sections)
LED colour options:
Green / Green (non-exit taxiways)
Green / Yellow (exit taxiways)
